The Victorian AIDS Council / Gay Men's Health Centre (VAC/GMHC) Ltd Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 provides members, stakeholders, staff, volunteers and community members with an opportunity to hear about the organisation's activities, achievements, financial performance and strategic direction over the past year.

The meeting will include consideration of the FY2025-26 financial statements, an address by President Janet Jukes, presentation of the 2025-26 Annual Report, the 34th annual Keith Harbour Address, presentation of annual awards and the announcement of the Board election results.

We welcome attendees to join online via Zoom Webinar if they are unable to attend in person. The webinar will provide access to the presentations and proceedings of the AGM.

Important Notice for Members: The Zoom Webinar is provided as a live stream option only. Attending the live stream will not allow participation in the AGM or voting on resolutions. To exercise voting rights at the AGM, members must be physically present at the meeting venue and have completed the required registration process. Attendance via Zoom Webinar does not constitute attendance for voting purposes. We encourage all members wishing to participate in voting for formal resolutions including consideration of the financial reports to attend in person.
