How does it work?

This program may be right for you if:

  • You're worried about how you've treated a partner or family member.
  • You want to stop using controlling, abusive or harmful behaviours.
  • You want to build safer and more respectful relationships.
  • A court, lawyer or another service has recommended you attend a behaviour change program.
  • You're looking for an LGBTIQA+ affirming program that understands your experiences.

When you contact us, we'll talk with you about your circumstances and whether a behaviour change program is the right fit.

Participants may receive:

  • Group sessions
  • Individual case management
  • Goal setting and accountability
  • Referrals to other health and wellbeing services

Programs are available in person in Melbourne and online, depending on the program.

Our Groups

Groups provide a non-judgemental environment to explore how your behaviour and beliefs affect you, your partners, and others in your life, so you can start making the positive changes needed to develop and maintain healthy relationships.

START is our accredited men's behaviour change program for gay, bi, trans and queer men.

Together, participants explore how to build relationships that are:

  • Safe
  • Trusting
  • Accountable
  • Respectful
  • Transformative

SAVI (Specialist Anti-Violence Intervention) supports people who don't identify as men, including queer women and trans and gender diverse people.

The program provides a supportive environment to understand harmful behaviours, develop healthier relationship skills and make lasting change.
