Once again, we have been overwhelmed by the response from LGBTIQ+ run businesses and individuals locally in Melbourne, across Australia and around the world, who have generously donated items to our Auction House.

We have over 100 donations from 70+ businesses and individuals up for grabs to the highest bidder. These include everything from artwork and experience vouchers to tickets to the hottest parties, premium kinky items and products – there really is something for everybody!

Leather & Treasure

Leather and fetish gear can be expensive, whether you’re just starting out or you’re a seasoned kinkster. That’s why Northside Bizarre’s Leather & Treasure Market is your chance to grab quality gear at a fraction of the usual price.

We have leather (vests, pants, chaps, harnesses, shorts, hats, gloves and belts), rubber, denim, pup gear, uniforms, boots, biker gear, sportswear, cuffs, magazines, books and more – it’s a huge range of goodies at bargain prices you won’t find anywhere else.

Stock is limited, so we recommend arriving early to make sure you’re among the first through the doors when the clock strikes midday. A queue will be organised for those arriving first thing, with instructions provided when you arrive.

Master Baker

This is the ultimate bake-off competition, with LGBTIQ+ sporting groups from around Melbourne whipping up delicious baked goods – think cakes, brownies and tarts – to sell for a $3 donation per piece, with all proceeds going towards the Northside Bizarre fundraising total.

One team will be crowned the ultimate Master Baker, based on the number of baked goods they sell, votes from our punters and rankings from our panel of celebrity judges. The winners will be announced later in the day.

Keep an eye out for the teams roaming the street with their taster trays, trying to convince you to stop by their stall and grab a baked treat!

Limited Edition Leather Fan

This year, we’re selling a limited-edition Leather Fan and putting on a game of Bingo to give you the chance to grab a deal on your fan.

The Bingo card features different quests for you to complete throughout the day – for example, seeing a performance on the Laird Stage. Complete a quest and you’ll receive a sticker.

Tick off three quests and you can buy the fan for $20. Complete all the quests and you can grab one for just $15. Or, if Bingo isn’t your thing, you can skip the card and purchase the fan for the full price of $25.

Fans can be purchased at the Cloak & ID station. All proceeds go towards the Northside Bizarre fundraising total.

The Laird Stage

We have an incredible line-up of performers and educators running kink-inspired demonstrations and live shows on the Laird Stage.

You can show your appreciation by giving performers a donation tip, with all tips going towards the event’s fundraising total. So show them some love on the day for generously volunteering their time and talent!

Bars, Food & Services

BearBQ – Come and grab a delicious sausage, freshly prepared by the fabulous VIC Bears, and take a seat in our courtyard area. All proceeds go towards the Northside Bizarre fundraising total.

Alley Bar – Enjoy delicious ales, fizzers, lagers and ciders on tap out on the street, served by our fabulous Thorne Harbour Health volunteers.

Femme Bar – A dedicated space for the FLINTA community to grab a drink and socialise. See the dedicated entrance on the event map.

*FLINTA stands for Frauen (women), Lesben (lesbians), intergeschlechtliche (intersex), nicht-binäre (non-binary), trans and agender people.

Cloak & ID – We have a dedicated space where you can cloak your clothes for a small donation, run by the Melbourne Motorcycle Tourers. You can also get your 18+ Laird wristband here, allowing you to purchase drinks outside.

Boots Black – Get your boots shined in our dedicated bootblacking space, marked on the event map.
