Creative Drop-In Group
A fortnightly, low-pressure, creative drop-in space for LGBTIQA+ people aged 18+ to connect, unwind, and explore gender-affirming activities.
Whatever your goals, we'll help you build a plan that's right for you. That includes one-on-one counselling, groups, and free Nicotine Replacement Therapy through our partnership with Cancer Council SA.
Alcohol and drug use looks different in LGBTIQA+ communities, shaped by things like minority stress, hormone therapy, or the role substances play in queer social life. You won't need to explain that context to us first. Whether you're questioning your drinking or rebuilding after a relapse, we meet you without judgement and work at your pace.

Find an alcohol and other drug support that works for you. Start our intake form or contact us to access any of these supports.
Work one-on-one with an experienced counsellor to explore your alcohol or other drug use and develop practical strategies that support your goals.
Connect with others who understand your experiences through therapeutic and peer-led groups in a safe, supportive environment.
We can help you explore whether alcohol and/or drug treatment is right for you, check in on your progress, or help you get back on track.
If you're dealing with multiple challenges, we may be able to help coordinate support across other services.
Access free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), such as nicotine patches, gum and lozenges, through our partnership with Cancer Council SA.
