Our services

You shouldn't have to explain the basics of being LGBTIQA+ before you can talk about what's actually going on for you. Our counsellors and peer workers already understand the weight of stigma, discrimination and family rejection, so the conversation starts where you need it to.

Our counsellors and peer workers support people around:

  • Coming out, identity exploration, and gender affirmation
  • Anxiety, depression, and low mood
  • Relationships, break-ups, and family rejection
  • Loneliness, isolation, and building connection
  • Grief, loss, and trauma
  • Stigma, discrimination, and hate-based experiences
  • Living with HIV and sexual health stress
  • Alcohol or other drug (AOD) support, including case management and free nicotine replacement therapy
  • Family or intimate partner violence

If the right service isn't immediately available, we'll stay in touch and continue checking on your safety and support needs while you wait.

This service is for LGBTIQA+ people aged 16 and above and anyone living with HIV.

Getting support is simple.

Call our intake team or complete our online intake form. You don't need a referral or to know exactly what support you need.
